Is there a way for me to push a link on a dock for a shortcut. I need to drop a link for a cart of 30 that's for testing.

It has a bit of a leaning curve, but once you figure it out dockutil is very useful for this kind of thing.
+18You could just add it to your dock, then add it to Casper Admin, then create a policy to add it to the end of the dock.
