Lock iPad background from being changed

Does anyone know if there's a way to prevent the background from being able to be changed on the iPad with either JAMF or Configurator or both?

      I don't believe there are any restrictions apple provides for an MDM or Configurator to leverage. That with the addition of all of the sandboxing, I don't think the ability exists.
