I am facing issue while loging into infoblox. it is throwing error "Authentication error:'utf8' codec can't decode bytes in position 3-4:invalid data apparently_via=GUI:".. Any cllue about it?

We have an Infoblox appliance also, but I only ever log into from my dusty WinXP machine. I believe the interface they use is java-based, so maybe you're having some kind of java problem. Does this login problem happen across all machines? Does it happen across different OSes?
