I just added a policy that installs a xerox printer using the lpadmin command using the generic.ppd
it works, but i want to know if i used the correct driver location ??
could i have just used -P Generic.ppd ? or did i need that whole path ?
I know i can test it myself but want to hear what others have to say.
lpadmin -p Lab_Xerox -L "Computer Lab" -o printer-is-shared=false -o APOptionalDuplexer=True -v popup://pharos-prod-5..mei.**.edu/Mono_Q -E -P /System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/PrintCore.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Generic.ppd
