Hello nation!
I have been testing the Jamf Mac Apps feature to install/update Microsoft 365 programs and things have been well so far. There is just one thing I can't seem to Unless I am completely oblivious to what is in front of me, I am having trouble understanding where one would find logs when software installs occur. It's been pretty good to me so far, but was wondering if I had access to logs for troubleshooting purposes.
Thanks in advance!

Mac Apps uses Apples Enterprise App Distribution which is a part of the MDM framework.
- On the Jamf side the logs will be with the rest of the MDM Commands, and will consist of the app command, and the configuration profile. There may be more logging in the Jamf Console logs, I have never actually checked.
- On the macOS side of things, it will be in /var/log/install.log. You should see the logs start with the typical ---Being Install--- and you will see the jamf app installers log a few lines later ("PKLeopardPackage <id=com.jamf.appinstallers.appName").
These are what the logs look like.
