Hi

we are having trouble with Mac-OS ventura update, I would appreciate if someone can help with this matter,

trying to use the Jamf pro update feature but it's not working, even with a package on self service we are getting different errors.

Thanks

Hi @arajabzadeh ,
What errors are you getting?
what version of macos are you upgrading from and too?
is it intel  or apple silicone?

Also is you doing a major update it will normally only work with the software update command that updates immediately without a deferral. You cant use the option to allow the user to install later or a deferral.

Hi

it's different kind of error, it say this update can not be install on this device, various versions, 11and 12, but Monterey  mostly

Is that the exact wording from the install logs on the machine?  And just confirming you have checked the hardware your using is compatible with Sonoma:

I've seen it worded slightly different in logs before when the bridge firmware isn't on the machine (normally needs the minor version updated before hand). Also if the hardware has been dropped it says something similar, but not just what you have put.
