Hello,
We are using google workspace & all the MacBooks are connected to Google LDAP for Login.
Recently I saw an issue where the device are not accepting the password. It simply reject the password even if its correct. Initially I found out that if the device is connected to wired internet(Wired Hotspot) then it accepts the password. (But this is workaround & not feasible for all users).
Also it doesn't show the wi-fi sign to make sure if the device is connected to internet.
Any solution from Google/Jamf to avoid this issue?

Click the arrow next to “reset it using your recovery key.” If you don't see an arrow , see the Apple Support article If you can't reset your Mac login password. Enter the recovery key, then click Next. Follow the instructions to reset your login password.
