After macOS Catalina 10.15.6 Supplemental update we are all getting attached image and it is enabled by default. We dont want it to be enabled by default as iCloud is not an approved storage solution in our company. Is there a way to supress this message or uncheck those options by default

You can (and should) manage this with a Restrictions MDM profile which will enable you to granularly enable/disable iCloud features.

@dgreening is there a specific MDM payload do disable iCloud Photos or is it part of the "Allow iCloud Desktop & Documents" payload (which we already disable)?

No, there isn't. I guess Apple considers Photos "user owned data".

Makes sense, thanks for the clarification!
