Managing Windows Updates in Parallels

I figure there's someone out there deploying Parallels who manages Windows updates.
How are you managing Windows 10 updates for your Parallels users? Our staff use Parallels on demand and that has caused issues when they open Parallels to do work and there's a large Windows update they are required to install..
Any help is appreciated.
