I had to totally redo my mac do to that fast insider release. It was causing serious problems...back to the slow track...

If you mean Outlook was sucking up CPU, that issue was reported on Slack (to join; to log on) and resolved within a couple hours.

All my clients with the Lync 14.4.3 are now hanging at authentication. Is there a simple way to roll back?

We aren't seeing any problems. What version were you updating from?
