Hi all, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this. I'm trying to use the Patch Management feature on Microsoft Remote Desktop (I found one in a community repository).

The problem is that clients seem to report back a build number (? - I understand the 1852 is the current latest version) rather than the version number (10.5.1), so none of them actually report back as having the latest version (10.5.1) installed. I hope this makes sense (see screenshot)?

I'd be interested to hear others have managed to implement this? Can't seem to figure it out.

Is anyone successfully using this? Am I missing something obvious?

This app is not seem to be on the list for patch management titles. I just get this one from the app store and then the app store keeps it up to date.

Ok, thanks @MikeF I'll look at doing it that way. I took the patch above from a community repository.
