Migration Assistant

I have disabled "Transfer Information" in DEP 

AND 

Blocked "Migration Assistant" in Restricted apps 

BUT it is still allowing end users to do this during enrollment and set up.

Any solutions?

When you say that you have "Transfer Information" disabled in your PreStage Enrollment, you mean that there is a check in the box for that item? Checked items are hidden/unchecked items are shown. Just want to make sure since this is a common point of confusion.

So here's the weird thing, you're right I did have it unchecked, but before it was checked and Migration Assistant was still showing up during enrollment.

I will test one more time, and post on here again.

@connorb yes, it did. Migration Assistant no longer shows up. I just tested this again btw right before replying to you.
