I just set up a new AST server running catalina and the latest version of Gateway manager and Diagnostic server. Gateway manager currently says all of the diagnostic software is missing but it shows perfectly fine in the Diagnostic Server. All of the images are in an external hard drive as now required by macOS Catalina. I have chatted with Apple without much luck.
