I just noticed I can choose either Users or Mobile Devices.

Can I assign the app to a group of Users and it automatically assign the app as a VPP assignment and get installed as soon as possible on the iPad since Apple no longer lets Automatic Downloads to work on VPP Assigned apps?

    There is a way to auto-install VPP apps on iPads, but it's a somewhat tedious work around. Also, just to check, the apps your pushing out, are you creating a VPP Assignment with multiple apps and then choosing who to scope to, or are you creating a VPP Assignment for one app and then scoping that app accordingly?
