Mobile Devices not updating name and IOS version on the JSS

Hi All,

I'm in the process of updating over 100 iPads to the new IOS and changing a few names of the devices. I have noticed that the JSS information is not updating the IOS or the new Mobile device name. Our inventory collection for mobile devices is set to everyday. Is there something I am missing?

    Have you tried to manually force a new inventory report for one of the iPads through the JSS?

    I have requested an inventory update for 1 of the iPads and there was no change in IOS device name or IOS version.

    What iOS version are we going from and what are we going to?

    The IOS versions vary but mostly going from 5.1, 5.1.1, 6.0, 6.0.1, 6.1 and upgrading to 6.1.3.

    I have been having this issue and put in a ticket I have not heard anything about this i was hoping 8.7 would correct this issue.
