Mobile, Managed Account name doesn't match Active Directory

I don't yet have Jamf in place - my environment requires the Macs to be bound to AD. It creates a mobile, managed account.

I have an end user that got married. Her last name has updated in AD - it shows correctly in AD/Exchange/Lync - however - I don't know how to get the account on her system to update the last name.

Is there something I can do in directory utility to force the account name to update?
They don't log in with their name - it's a network ID & password that pulls the name

@sharriston - I expected something similar. This is from 2016 - able to confirm it will work on High Sierra?

I did it on 2 High Sierra machines without any issues. Not a huge sample size but it has worked for me previously.
