Hi,

We use Jamf Pro to deploy different configuration profiles. I have added few apps in Self Service. The Apps which I have built was using packages tool and uploaded it to the Jamf Pro.

Now when the users open up the App store to download or update any app it is asking for my credentials. I can see my email ID and there is no option to edit it. Not sure what is causing this. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Sounds like you installed these apps from the appstore, and then packaged them. These apps include the appstore receipts, including your AppleID, and they can only be updated using your AppleID. You should not package and distribute apps you have downloaded from the AppStore.

Use VPP if you want to distribute macOS App Store apps, but as @mschroder said, don't try to package them yourself.
