Natively Trusted "Apple Store" No Longer Automatically Connecting in iOS 13.3

It seems that as of iOS 13 (could just be since 13.3) that our iPads no longer automatically connect to our "Apple Store" SSID, and require selecting the network during device setup.

We had an SSID named "Apple Store" since this is/was natively trusted on Apple products. It was used strictly for device setup, and during enrollment would get our secure Wi-Fi credentials via a configuration profile, which the device would use going forward. We used it to simplify the setup process and have one less screen for students, but now it doesn't seem to be an option. This post is more so to inform others who may not know, as I assume Apple did it for security reasons.
