We're setting up SUS to control software update. We've used past versions of the SUS server, but built a new 5.0 server from scratch. Set up and creation of a branch works fine, but the default catalog (index.sucatalog) and a branch catalog are not created (or linked) under /srv/SUS/html/content/catalogs. I had to symlink to the others/index-10.14-10.13-10.12-10.11-10.10-10.9-mountainlion-lion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1_MojaveBranch.sucatalog to create the catalog we use in our URL, http://mysus.some.org/content/catalogs/index-MojaveBranch.sucatalog.
I thought reposado automatically creates these catalog links or at least, SUS 4.x did. Is this a bug or expected?
