NetSUS - How to turn GUI on/off via bash

I see that it is possible to turn the GUI on/off.

Could someone please reveal which config has to be adjusted or which shell commands is used for that?

Maybe it is a "monday-thing" - I was not successful finding that info. Sorry for the trivia.
