NetSUS webadmin won't load

I'm giving the NetSUS appliance a try for the first time, but the webadmin page won't load, so i can't change accounts, etc. I'm running it in VirtualBox 4.2.16 and I'm running version 1.02 of the appliance. Host OS is 10.8.4. Anyone else having issue loading webadmin using the provided address of https://NetSUS.local/webadmin? Thanks in advance

    Have you tried just connecting to the dns or ip directly? https://x.x.x.x? Is there a firewall? Try dropping firewall rules.
