Hi,



Attached is a picture of a computer we have in our inventory. It was one of the earlier deployed computers and we just started using JAMF this last summer. The computer is named correctly on the computer and we can see it fine on ARD. In the picture there is no name displayed under the Device column, thus we can not select it to change it. It is only showing up in the "Laptop Enrollement" scope if we do a search for the serial number, and is not showing up at all in the "Computer Inventory" at all. Nor can i see it in Recon or Remote. Any info would be appreciated.



From what I can tell it looks like it was never enrolled or that would say completed. It looks like that is just the date you "Assigned" it to the prestage, but it never completed.

Here is what it should look like when one is completed.
