OD binding not working

So, has anyone managed to get a newly imaged 10.7.2 client to bind to an OD server?
I can't seem to find any info on it. When I try all I get is a non-connected computer filling up the drive with a temp file containing:

Please answer (y or n):

(regarding the question to trust the certificate).

But we have a proper certificate on the server so the question should not appear, but it seems to anyways.

Any ideas?

    Are you trying to bind the computer with the OD with a script, or are you using the built in Casper OD Binding builder?
