Hey all,

So MS Excel & PowerPoint have updated to 16.24 along with the new icons but Outlook, Word, OneNote are still on 16.23. I did see an appdownload stub for those apps but running a recon waited, reboot have not solved the issue

Any ideas?

I haven't checked o365 in particular, but with other apps, if the users installed through an alternate source (downloaded/installed manually, or pushed via installer package) then VPP will not update it. It will only update apps that were installed via VPP.

Office 365 was pushed via VPP

Solved the issue the old way. Delete the stub installers, go to the computer record in Jamf > Management tab > Cancel all failed commands. Back to the Mac, sudo Jamf recon in terminal. Re-download begins again.

Ugh.

The stubs and subsequent download issue should have been fixed in 10.14.4.

Since upgrading, I haven't seen any additional issues.
