Are there any particular gotcha's when moving from VL to O365 as well as moving Outlook exchange from an on-prem exchange and AD servers to a O365 Cloud and Azure AD servers? We are a month or so away from having our Cloud environments setup for testing so just wanting to know what the experience would be.

Hi @FritzsCorner just a couple of things I can think of:
1. Make sure that you use Outlook 16.24 or later. This has support for HTTP2 and provides a far more graceful experience when the mailbox is moved to O365.
2. Depending on your auth scheme for Outlook, you may need to tell users what they have to change in their Outlook profile (i.e. username and password) when their mailbox is migrated. In some cases, where you're already using UPNs with on-prem AD, and you go for a federated model with O365, users can continue to use their same username and password to keep Outlook access seamless.
