We have been using "Automatic Proxy Configuration" in our network settings for years, and until recently if you weren't on the internal network or VPN, you you couldn't get to anything. Recently, we've noticed that when you're off the network then you have full internet access. For example, Reddit is blocked by our proxy, when you disconnect, you can get to it just fine. Has anyone else come across this behavior? I would think this has to be at the OS level, not at the proxy level.
Question
