Packages Missing from Cloud distribution point

I sent in a support ticket about this but they're not available yet so I figured I'd post here too. We use JAMF Cloud and every single package that we had uploaded to our distribution point has disappeared. Policy logs report that the files don't exist. The web interface says "availability pending" for each package. The text for each one appears in red in JAMF Admin. Has this happened to anyone before?

We just experienced this as well. I submitted a ticket to support about this. Waiting for their response...

We got an answer for this but I never posted here. Our license was renewed but we never updated the activation code on the website. They told us it's a bug that isn't supposed to happen but there's no solution right now. You have to update your activation code then re-upload everything.

this just happened to us as well.  Im going to have to figure out backing up our packages going forward, as we cant just randomly lose packages.  We moved away from in house distribution points and I cant the Jamf Admin to connect to our instance to try to do this.  

 

Waiting on support now to tell us if any of our packages are actually there.

Unless something has changed on their end since this happened to us, those packages aren't there. It took them a while to confirm the issue and when we uploaded the new activation code, none of it came back. If they give you a different answer, I'd be curious to hear about it though.
