Hi all

Hoping someone can assist with this. We are running PaperCut MF and have the print client on our Macs. When a user sends a job to print they get the pop up confirmation with the correct pricing information and the job comes out of the printer, but in the job log of the printer in PaperCut, we see the user that printed the job was service-jamf-scripts and not the actual user that sent the job.

Has anyone else seen this or point me in the right direction to start investigating?
