Hi,
I am trying to package Parallels Desktop 4 to deploy through Casper Policy.
As per the JAMF article :-
http://www.jamfsoftware.com/kb/article.php?id=256, Created the *Parallels
Settings* and *Virtual Machine* dmg using composer. Then copiedInstall.mpkg
of Parallels Desktop Installer.
Created the Policy with the three packages setting priority of *Install.mpkg
* (Parallels Installer) to 1, *Parallels Setting* dmg(FUT, FEU selected) to
10 and *Virtual Machine* dmg to 20, so it installs in order.
Policy is set to triggered by *any* and reboot is slected.
Policy is getting executed and after the client machine restarts, if we open
Parallels Desktop license is activated but the Parallels settings does not
take. Its asking to create the Virtual Machine again. Any additional steps
to be followed while Packaging?
The issue *Parallels Desktop is not taking the Settings Deployed*. Any
suggestions on this are welcome?
