We have Macbooks running boot camp and Windows. The school has now
decided that they want the Windows partition made smaller. Has any ever
been successful at repartitioning with Casper without reimaging the Mac
side of the computer. I have tried sending a remote job with this
partition script :
#!/bin/sh
#The first percentage is the Macintosh HD partition percentage not the
Windows percentage. Run as an After Script.
/usr/sbin/diskutil resizeVolume Windows 70% MS-DOS Windows 0B
The job errors and tells me:
Script Exit Code: 1
Script Result: Volume Format Does not support Resizing.
I am assuming it is because the Windows partition is NTFS. Do I need
to resize the Mac Volume instead?
Thanks
