Patch Reporting Firefox and Firefox ESR

For all you Firefox and Firefox ESR Patch Reporting users.  We found a very very small bug in the Extension Attribute that was distributed a few weeks ago. Conditions: IF you have both Firefox and Firefox ESR installed on a client machine, AND it is renamed with a space in the name then we would not report on both titles.  Because of this change to the Extension Attribute you will need to re- accept the terms and conditions just this time. You will NOT have to re-accept the terms of the Extension Attribute every time we release new versions of Firefox, only when a change is made to the EA. Thanks for everyone's patience.
