Guys,

Need some help here. I've upgraded a few of our machine to Mojave and everyone is getting random pop-ups about application permission. Users here are not administrators on their machines.

Attached are a few examples of what some individuals are seeing. Can any shed some light on how to stop this from happening. It seems to occur when the user has logged in to the computer.

FYI, this did not occur in High Sierra

Do you happen to have a Restrictions payload set up in a profile applied to those Macs? I don't mean Restricted Software, but rather this, which is at the bottom of the Applications tab:

If you have that set up with specific allowed or disallowed folders added, then this might be the cause. If this is the case, I would suggest disabling those restrictions and pushing out the change to a few test machines to see what happens. What OS were these Macs on prior to upgrading to Mojave?

I would check Parental Controls.
