Would anyone know of a script that would allow the path of the students computer be printed at the bottom of a page they print? We are having issues with kids "over-printing" and we would like to know who is printing what.

+18That would work. Not sure if you would get some resistance though as it would add the footer to everything that gets printed.
Do you have any print accounting / management system in place like PaperCut or PCounter?

+8If the student needs footer free print, they have a teacher print the doc. Teacher are slightly less responsible for piles of paper left at the printer, but I got too much grief when tried putting the footer on theirs.
neither a PaperCut nor print server at this time. talked about many times though!
