Privacy Preferences Policy Control - Where do you get the details?

I might be blind but I'm trying to get a number of apps: zoom, slack, chrome, and MS Teams added to the Privacy Preferences Policy Control but I cannot figure out how you find the details of these apps so I can add them. Identifier

Use Jamf PPPC Utility to configure the settings and add the profile to Jamf

    Hope that someone is monitoring this post,

    Trying to set up a Cisco Webex meeting policy, to access, Screen Sharing, but it keeps turning on, Big Sur Compatability which states that it can be only used for Big Sur and forward, I'm trying to get this to work on Catalina.  Any ideas on how to create a policy with these settings and PPPC for Catalina?
