We have 165 iPad's all managed by Casper. We have an Sophos URL filtering box that uses a proxy to filter web traffic. The Sophos box normally uses Active Directory to authenticate clients. There is a policy in effect that excludes any iOS device needing to do this.
The web filtering works fine using this method but when pushing out updates etc from casper, it fails. If we take the proxy off the iPad's, it works.
Is there anything I can look at within Casper to resolve this? Sophos don't want to know.
