Profile Installation Failed the SCEP server returned an invalid response (iPhone)

Phone worked fine with Jamf prior to resetting. Now it is posting SCEP server returned an invalid response error code.

Earlier we got SCEP error too, as checked with Network team, we found certificates.godaddy.com is required to allow if you have URL whitelist in place.

Interesting. We do not have federated domains active and are not using Go Daddy.
