Proxy caching

On Mavericks, it seems the proxy credentials are being cached across user accounts. Has anyone else noticed this? Any ideas to stop this?

@luke.j.nelson, is this profile being scoped @ a user or computer level?

It's set on the base image. Not deployed via Casper.

@luke.j.nelson, can you post a screen shot of it? Removing the sensitive information.
