Hi All,

We are currently using @davidacland script for mounting our network drives. It works perfectly, thank you David. The only issue we have is that out system requires the user to login to mount the main network drive and then their personal folder. Does anybody know if there is anything I can add to pull the users local username and password from login to have it mount automatically, not requiring a user login? Also, maybe a line to automatically close terminal after the login script is completed?

Thanks,
Jared

Hi @jared_f

If the servers are setup to support kerberos authentication, you could just bind the Macs to the domain and have the users login with their domain credentials. They will get a kerberos ticket at login and provide SSO for the network shares.
