Question regarding JAVA and JAMF Pro

Our JAMF Pro server is on version 10.25 and I am starting the process of doing an upgrade. It currently has Java 8 and Amazon Corretto 11.0.9.12. 

Am I correct in assuming since it has AC 11.0.9.12 that the Java version is 11 as well and the older version of Java will have no effect on the current environment?

To be honest the safest approach would be to remove the unnecessary Java 8. Just to make sure it doesn't mess up during an update. Jamf will require only Java 11 / AC11
