"The password for the account was not changed"

Anyone seeing this error when users try to change their AD password through System Preferences? The AD password gets changed, but the local password does not.

We have never gotten this to work on Mavericks. Ever. We now have users change their passwords through ADPassMon to fix this (as well as keychain issues).
