About 3 weeks ago I started noticing a problem with Casper Remote in our environment where I would attempt to screen share with a user, they would grant permission, but on my end i would get a pop up error stating "The software on the remote computer appears to be incompatible with this version of Screen Sharing." It seems to occur mostly on Macs with 10.9.4 and Remote Desktop Client version 3.7.1. My workstation is fully updated to 10.9.4 as well, so it seems weird that there would be any incompatibility between the two. Has anyone experienced this before?
