Hello,
We upgraded to 9.3 today and are looking to configure our VPP information. Following the Admin Guide, I went into the "Global Management" link, but the "VPP Account" icon is not there. I have verified that the account I am logging in as to the JSS does indeed have the correct permissions assigned (to be sure I changed the role to Administrator which assigns all permissions). I've logged out and back in as well. The only thing I have yet to try is a full reboot of the JSS. Before trying that I figured I'd check to see if there was that one other quick thing I am missing.

@musat - After an upgrade, the VPP Accounts button in Global Management only becomes available once you perform the users migration under the Users tab. Here's a kbase article explaining the process: https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/article.html?id=362
