Recon Missing Data

I have a few systems in my deployment where recon will not populate any installed certificates or profiles. This is a very small percentage of systems , but no matter how many times i enroll or run recon on these systems that data is never collected. Is there a known way to resolve this ?

Would your 'failing' systems ALL be communicating via Wireless ? and not by Cable ethernet ?
If so, check your installed wireless certificates…

This could be caused by a wireless cert issue…
