Hi,

I have Casper Suite (JSS) latest release in RedHat VM. Everything is running fine. My problem is with the JDS, I've also created a RedHat VM and installed the JDS componentes and configured everything correctly, but when I go to the JSS to the JDS instances and the name appears like this: external image link

And the information is like this:

I've already deleted the JDS instance and added again but without luck :(

Is the machine that you're attempting to launch Casper Admin from currently enrolled in the JSS?

If not, you'll need to download and install the JSS Root CA Certificate into that Mac's System keychain.

Enrolled machines download, install and trust the JSS Root CA cert by default - which then allows enrolled machines to mount the JDS share.

Yes, the client machine that I'm opening Casper Admin is enrolled...

Ok, communication problem solved, I forgot to add the Red Hat machine in the DNS (we have a Windows domain (DHCP+DNS)).
I also had to disable SELINUX to allow mounting the shares.
