I found such document - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/conditional-access-assign-jamf
You can't remove a Jamf-managed device from Intune. You have to remove Jamf-managed devices from Jamf Pro, which will then remove it from Intune.
I did as instructed in - https://www.jamf.com/jamf-nation/articles/80/unmanaging-computers-while-preserving-their-inventory-information
(Looked for the Mac in question in Jamf – Edit – Unselected “Allow Jamf Pro to perform management tasks”
Profiles on the Mac were removed.
However if I login to myapps.microsoft.com, I can see the Mac still listed as active.

Am I missing something here? Has anyone been able to remove the Mac from Intune?

In Intune:

Home > Intune > Devices > All Devices. Find the Mac you want to delete in the list, click once. 2 new blades will appear in the far right of your browser, scroll all the way to the far right and you will see "Remove Company Data, Reset, Delete, and Remote Lock". Just delete there.

Azure AD is a similar process, just a separate blade in Intune.

I have the same issue. I have 2 cases opened with Microsoft support on this issue.
What happened to me was I created 2 VM Macs and registered the with Azure AD via JAMF. Once they get into Intune and Azure AD you can only remove them from Azure AD. The devices stay in Intune according to support you have to remove them from JAMF. Which I did but the issue is I deleted these VMS so they don't exist and now they are stuck in Intune. I have no way to remove them. I busted opened a case with JAMF today on this.

Thanks for comments. According to instructions and also how I see it should work like dandreedphoto is describing, but it does not happen in practice and the end result is same as with Kericson, Macs are Stuck in Intune with no way to remove them.
I am opening a case also with the support.

I am not sure this is the case.. I think only the super highest admin can delete them now, I have been told by our Azure/intune "guy" that MS has a fix/way to allow lower "admins" to delete machines.

Unfortunately this is not true, I’m the super highest admin (Global Admin) and I can’t deleted devices out of Intune via Jamf sync.
