Hi, I am looking for recommendations on a Remote Access software / Service in order to help support our internal users as well as external users

Will Jamf Remote not do what you want? We used it extensively here.

@mark.mahabir Are you able to use it with external with users working from home or another network that is not in your local office?

It depends on your network setup - is your Jamf instance visible from the internet? Do you utilise a VPN?

If so, the answer is probably yes.
