I was trying to connect to a managed machine using Casper Remote and it starts to connect (Control or Observe) and then says it is shutting down the VNC server. I have had this error before and Jamf sent me an email with a quick fix. However I cannot locate that email any more. I believe I had to shut down and restart a service of some kind and just not sure what it was.
Can anyone help with ideas of what to do to repair this? It was working and now isn’t.
