My organization do not use prestage enrollment for MacBook, so is there anyway to do remote unlock computer with script? It happened too frequently that users got locked out of their computers, because they do not pay attention if CapLock is on or keyboard is functioning correctly.
Any suggestion is highly appreciated!!😀

Really appreciate help from Jamf Support, and their solution is the best for my question:
For user-initiated enrolled computer, you only have option for "Unlock user"
For prestage enrolled computer, you will also get option for "Delete user".

I would suggest deploying a passcode configuration profile that controls the criteria below:

I do have the passcode configuration profile in place, but my issue is that how can I unlock people remotely?😅

You can't, all you can do is increase the number of fail attempts to account for their stupidity.
