I'm trying to restart an Apple TV that I just set up through DEP just as a test to see if it works and JAMF Pro is telling me I don't have the necessary privilege to send the command but I have full administrator privileges in JAMF? I can also send the command to our iPads.

If the TV isn't supervised, you won't have the option to restart it. If that's not the issue, maybe it's the JSS version you're on?

What model AppleTV? This remote command only works with supervised AppleTV 4s. running tvOS 11.3 or later.

Mine is 4th gen running 12.0.1 and I am also getting the message: "You do not have the necessary privilege to send this command"
The device ownership type is Institutional.
Managed: Managed
Supervised: Yes
What am I missing?

@dnelson2813 and @matarese ,what happens if you ignore the message that says "You do not have the necessary privilege to send this command" and click the blue Restart Device button? Does the Apple TV Restart?

The command does get send, and the devices does reboot.
However JAMFs GUI (still) says "you dont have rights", and there is no command seen in the management history, but it works :)
