We are trying to clean out all of our dead units from JSS.
When I use the Manage tab from the specific device in the inventory I keep getting either a never ending spin wheel or it will go through but if I search the device again is still shows. I think this is because the devices can't check in.
How can I remove these units from our the ISS?
